Tribulus terrestris, commonly known as puncture vine or caltrop fruit, is a medicinal plant with extensive traditional use across Eastern Europe, India, and Africa. Known as Gokshura (India), Al-Gutub (Iraqi dialect), or Qutiba (classical Arabic), this herb has been valued for centuries for its effects on strength, fertility, and overall vitality.
