CoQ10: Alone, Or In A Symphony With Other Nutrients?

By Donnie Yance Human health depends on a complex symphony of nutrient interactions, not on isolated substances. While Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) has been extensively researched, its effectiveness often depends on the presence of other nutrients and cofactors that support its absorption, utilization, and biological activity. Covid and Indoor Air:  What We Know Now and the Aftermath Caused by the Overuse of Chemical Disinfectants

At the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, I wrote a blog about the importance of being outdoors and how easily the virus spreads indoors, despite mask wearing. I emphasized the best ways to reduce the spread of the virus, in order of effectiveness: 1) ventilation, 2) filtration, and 3) mask wearing.

Curcumin in Combination with Chemotherapy: A Positive Interaction

Natural compounds, including curcumin, resveratrol, EGCG, and β-glucan have shown synergistic promising immune-modulating, anti-tumor, and chemo-potentiating effects.

The results of these clinical studies are conclusive, and these studies have established a good foundation for further research focusing on implementing curcumin along with other botanical compounds in clinical oncology. It’s important to note, however, that I never use curcumin as a soloist! I always use a formula that combines curcumin with EGCG, resveratrol, grape seed extract, quercetin, and other botanical extracts. This provides a harmonious approach that best supports healing.
